Can I switch between plans?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you downgrade, you keep access until the end of your billing period.

What happens to my opportunities if I downgrade from Host?

Your opportunities are archived (not deleted) and reactivate automatically if you upgrade again. Applications already received stay in place.

Does Roster run my affiliate program or handle payments?

No. Roster doesn't run your affiliate program or take a cut of your commissions. That stays directly between you and your affiliates. We simply give you one place to keep all your affiliate assets organized, and make it easier for affiliates to discover you.

What's included in the 14-day trial?

Full access to the plan you choose. You'll add a payment method to start your trial — you won't be charged until it ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.

Can I remove a contributor after I've approved them?

Yes — if plans change, remove them directly from the event hub. Their spot opens back up right away, and you can approve someone else in their place.

Do I have to write my own emails for every contributor?

No. Generate a template once from the event hub, and every approved contributor gets their own copy in their hub — ready for them to edit and schedule on their own time.

How do affiliates find my program?

Once you list it, your program shows up in the marketplace, where affiliates are actively browsing for programs to join — you're not limited to people you already know.

Hey there, I'm Destiny, the creator behind Roster.

Being in the online education space means building an audience, and there's no better way to do that than through collaboration. But I found that finding collaborations, and hosting my own, took a lot of work.

Hosting an opportunity means searching for contributors, reviewing applications, handling email, and so much more. Being a contributor means responding to emails, tracking deadlines, and scheduling sends. It's all a bit much.

So I built Roster: one place to find, host, manage, and apply to collaborations.
